Thanks to social media, our knowledge of, and attention to, international issues of animal abuse and cruelty, including poaching, has greatly increased. Social media remains the most powerful tool in exposing the reality of how increased demand for specific commodities has affected the planet and the wildlife that is dependent on a healthy, sustainable environment.

Amazing
Animals

This young crow was brought to us by a member of the public who assumed he was injured. He was found sitting on the ground, unable to fly. An examination showed him to be a healthy fledgling, just learning to fly! We released him back to wild to continue his learning curve!

Meet Lucy Kinninmonth

My diagnosis of Lyme disease in 2013 prompted a question: there is a Lyme vaccine available for dogs, why not for humans? At present this disease is highly controversial, dividing patients and the medical profession. I feel I am in a position to have a voice; that I have a duty to increase awareness on the subject and help people as well as their pets. Knowledge is a very powerful tool and when used in the right way it can change lives and the world for the better.
